Typically, we use DHL and UPS to deliver your goods. Shipping methods are not fixed, they may vary according to country location, order amount, customer requirements, etc.
Processing time: Is from the time you submit your order to when the product leaves our warehouses, normally it takes 2-3 business days.
Shipping time: is from when the product leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

WRONG ADDRESS Please contact us immediately if you believe you have given us a wrong shipping address. If the processing time has passed, and the product had left the warehouse, unfortunately, there is not much we can do.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If the tracking information states a successful delivery to the provided address, yet you haven’t received your product, we do advise you to contact your respective shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
